2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information and pricing are accurate.
3. Orders & Payment
Online payment (ICICI Bank) is being enabled; orders will open shortly. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped pan-India via Shiprocket. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and during order tracking.
5. Warranty & Replacement
All EcoSense products carry a manufacturer warranty as described on our Warranty page. Replacement requests are governed by our Replacement Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Janatics Industrial Automation Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use outside of stated instructions.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
